Bước 1: Lắp đặt các viền bao quanh

  • Dùng đinh đóng mái 1 ¼ inch để cố định viền vào mái nhà.
  • Nếu có máng nước thì nên đặt các viền này chồng lên các cạnh của máng nước.

Bước 2: Lắp đặt các tấm lợp

  • Bắt đầu lắp đặt từ chỗ cao nhất rồi xuống mép mái. Lưu ý là đặt tấm tôn đầu tiên nhô lên khỏi mép ít nhất là ¾ inch.
  • Dùng đinh vít có đầu đệm cao su để cố định tôn. Khoảng cách giữa các đinh vít khoảng 12 inch
  • Tiếp tục đặt các tấm tôn tiếp theo, lưu ý là các cạnh cần gối lên nhau ít nhất là 1inch. Làm như vậy cho toàn bộ mái.a

Bước 3: Lắp đặt các tấm tôn để che các khe nối

  • Sử dụng tấm che khe nối có thể uốn cong thành hình chữ V để phù hợp với nóc nhà.
  • Tùy vào độ rộng của máng khe mà bắn 1 hoặc 2 hàng ốc vít.

Bước 4: Hoàn thành

  • Kiểm tra lại toàn bộ công trình để tránh sai sót
  • Vệ sinh, dọn dẹp sạch sẽ ốc vít, máy móc, dụng cụ trong khu vực thi công.
