- Tôn seamlok được sản xuất từ tấm tôn nền là thép mạ kẽm. Cấu tạo gồm: lớp mạ kẽm, lớp phủ chất chống ăn mòn và lớp mạ mầu để tạo mầu sắc cho vật liệu.
- Tôn seamlok có tuổi thọ từ 5 năm đến 50 năm tùy thuộc và độ dày sản phẩm và lớp mạ.
- Hiện nay trên thị trường có rất nhiều nhà máy sản xuất và cung ứng sản phẩm này, có thể kể đến những thương hiệu nổi tiếng và được sử dụng phổ biến như: Hoa sen, Đông Á, Phương nam SSSC, Nam Kim, Hòa Phát, Tovico …

Tôn seamlock có 2 khổ chiều rộng chính là 470 mm và 1040 mm. Khổ chiều dài tôn seamlock cắt theo yêu cầu khách hàng.

Phân loại tôn seamlok
Tôn seamlok có 2 loại chính là: Seamlok 470 và seamlok 1040, cụ thể:
1) Tôn Seamlok 470
- Khổ rộng khả dụng là 470 mm nên gọi là tôn Seamlok 470.
- Đây là loại tôn được sử dụng phổ biến hiện nay.
- Phương thức liên kết là standing seam.
Cách sản xuất tôn seamlok 470
- Từ tôn cuộn khổ rộng 1200 mm được xẻ đôi thành 600 mm, sau đó cán ra tấm tôn seamlok thành phẩm. Chiều cao sóng tôn 65 mm.
- Ngoài ra còn có một số biến thể của tôn seamlok 470 là loại: seamlok 480 mm, seamlok 485 mm với mục đích làm tăng chiều rộng khả dụng của tôn
Ưu điểm seamlok 470
Dễ thi công, dễ chế tạo.
Nhược điểm
- Do việc xẻ đôi cuộn tôn nên tại mép tôn không có lớp mạ bảo vệ, dễ bị ăn mòn.
- Khổ rộng của tôn bé ( 600 mm) nên số lượng mối nối trên mái sẽ nhiều hơn.
- Liên kết kiểu standing seam chính là bóp bẹp mép tôn nên có thể gây xước tôn, rạn sơn tại vị trí bóp bẹp.
- Tính thẩm mỹ của sóng tôn không cao
Tôn Seamlok 1040
- Khổ rộng khả dụng của tôn là 1040 mm.
- Xuất hiện trên thị trường năm 2015, đây là thế hệ mới của tôn seamlok.
Giá tôn lạnh cán sóng seamlock
Cách thức sản xuất tôn seamlock 1040
- Cán tấm tôn từ cuộn tôn khổ 1200 mm (không cắt như tôn seamlok 470).
- Chiều cao sóng tôn là 70 mm.
Ưu điểm
+ Số mối nối tôn ít hơn tôn seamlok 470 (50%) nên rủi ro về thấm dột, gỉ sét sẽ ít hơn.
+ Do không phải xẻ nên tấm tôn sẽ không có điểm dễ chịu sự ăn mòn.
+ Liên kết seam không gây hiện tượng bẹp, xước, rạn sơn tại vị trí liên kết.
+ Chiều cao sóng cao hơn seamlok 470 nên khả năng chống tràn, thoát nước tốt hơn
+ Có tính thẩm mỹ cao hơn 470.
Nhược điểm seamlok 1040
- Sản xuất phức tạp và khó hơn loại seamlok 470.
- Quá trình lắp đặt cũng yêu cầu kỹ thuật cao hơn.
